Well its my birthday! I'm 30 y/o. I went to the doctor today and he said my blood sugar was normal, my cholesterol were normal but my thyroids was a lil low so he put me on some med's to raise my thyroids up a lil. He recommended me to a dietitian.

So im doing good no pills or insulin shots, Yay!...lol and i go back in 4 to 6 months.

BB - congratulations. Now you can have a plan. You're already doing great, just keep it up.
