I did'nt know diet coke was bad if you're dieting, I have 4-5 bottles a week, the vanilla diet is my fave.

Its not bad to a point, but the more diet coke I drink, the LESS water I drink!!! Its my down fall!!

I confess -- I am a diet coke addict too. I like it soooo much better than water!!! What I "try" to do is drink some water before my diet coke so at least I feel a bit better. I don't think I will ever give up diet coke!!!

Diet Coke is something else. I have always been easily addicted, and I have gotten off several things but that is the one I can't even think about stopping. I have been told that it's not the best if you want to lose weight as it just causes bloating but I'm still on a couple of litres a day - sometimes it's the only liquid I drink. I often feel that Coca Cola put something in it to make water just not a competitor. It's great to hear others have the same - might encourage me to do something about it. Anyone successfully stopped?

I haven't really tried. I like it too much. I just try to add water in. I think that is one bad habit that is here to stay for me!

I drink the diet coke all the time and its a bad habit for me because if I drink the DC, I won't drink my water! UGH!!

I am a coffee-aholic lol. But it is only colored water!!! Or at least that is what I tell myself haha. I used to use milk and sugar though. Now I use powdered creamer and splenda... so that makes it better. And I don't drink as much of it as I used to.
