Laurie's Food Journal 8-23 to 8 -27

  • 8:45 Breakfast: Coffee with splenda, 2 eggs, 1/2 banana, 1 waffle and 6oz of skim milk.

    11:45 Snack: 1/2 of a bojangles biscuit


    2:45 Lunch french onion soup with a salad and some bread

    5:45 Dinner 1 regular hotdog on a FF bun with 1 banana

    8: 45 Snack


    WATER WATER WATER!!! Them durn diet cokes!!

  • ACK!!!!!!!!!! that time period from about 2-5 KILLS ME!!! Lets just say this, I didnt' stick to that plan yesterday during that time!!! Some one come duct tape my mouth shut during that time! LOL!

    Breakfast 1 yogurt with fruit, 1 waffle plain, 6 oz skim milk

    Honey! I have read JC's previous book where he advice to have fruit only in the morning. So what do you think? I do not know, what he advise in th 3hour one. Take a look at it!

  • Oh I didn't realize he said to have fruit only in the morning....why is that?
  • I know he says only have it in the morning but if I need that extra boost, I would rather eat a banana than a bag of chips!
