This is my last day of my four day mini vacation and Ive enjoyed it (maybe a little too much) Going to do some house cleaning and some exercise today and going to get back on track with healthy eating! Which is extremly diffucult when your at the ball park all weekend LOL Hot dog city lol! so big drum roll please.....

I am now back from my vacation and I had a good time in Atlanta.
I ate a lot so I've gained back all of my weight so far.
It is amazing how much weight you can gain in a week with no exercise too. I will now start back to eating right and we will see what I weigh on Monday. I will also go grocery shopping and I want a good healthy meal with fruits and vegetables included. I am so proud of you ladies you all are doing great, even though I am starting over I am okay with this. I will start my exercise today.
I don't feel great as far as the eating is concerned and I've missed my exercise so I am ready. Yes we can do this and we will do this. I also realize how great I feel when I eat right and when I exercise. I feel bloated and miserable with all of the take out food I have had but I am ready to jump back on the eating right and exercise wagon and I can't wait to see how well you ladies have done by Monday.
