A Very Greasy Intro

  • Hello all,

    I'm Gina & I am a greasyfoodaholic.

    I need to lose about 30 lbs...40lbs would be great but I'd be happy with 30lb. The love of greasy foods combined with my hatred of exercise, veggies, water, and allergies to fruit has lead me to where I am now.

    I started my "life change" on August 9th and so far I've been doing well. I guess because i am so fed up with being self conscious.

    I know that I need motivation from others so this forum will be my daily dose of caffeine.

    You may try oven baked fries. I buy fries that are best baked. After baking them I sprinkle them with cayenne pepper and salt. You don't miss the fat. Try spraying them with Pam.
    Also,try drinking water with fruit wedges (orange, lemon ,lime ) squeezed into water. I have a friend who squeezes lemon in water and then adds sweetner.
