What are YOU having for breakfast today?!?!

  • Ok so not many people like making a food journal so here goes this, lets take it a meal at a time, what are you PLANNING on having for breakfast this morning?!?!? Do you have all your fruits/veggies, protein, fat and carbs?!?!

    For me: 6 oz skimi milk (protein), 2 boiled eggs (protein x 2), fresh strawberries, flax caps (4 for fat) Coffee with splenda!!!!

    As far as my carbs go, I have learned since being on JC that carbs is a big danger food for me, so I have decided to try the plan and not have any carbs. It just seems to set me off when I do have carbs. So I am going to try and see how I do with no carbs in my meal.
  • Here is what I had for breakfast this morning:

    Carb: 3/4 cup cheerios, Fruit: 1/2 sliced banana, Protein: 6 oz milk, 1 lite string cheese, 1 yogurt, Fat: 6 almonds
  • Ok, I had: 1 diet toast/1t butter, 2 eggs, 1 lite string cheese, raspberries.....
