Friday's Foods: menus/points

  • B= skipped it There was a repairman here working in my kitchen, and it was lunchtime by the time he left!

    L= WW frozen dinner, 6pts
    one large fountain Mountain Dew= 6pts (?) (Had to go to the gas station this morning and couldn't resist getting my free fountain drink!)

    Snack= a handful of potato chips

    Supper= I have a pork roast in the crockpot. I'll make some sort of potatoes and green beans to go with it.
  • I think I did pretty well today. I used my target of 26 pts. exactly.

    B-oatmeal - 2
    1 small apple microwaved with cinnamon - 1
    1/4 C FF milk - .5

    Snack- 1/2 C unsweetened canned peaches - 1
    1/2 FF vanilla yogurt - 1.5
    Nabisco LF honey grahams - 2

    Lunch- 1/2 C broccoli & 1/2 C cauliflower, cooked - 0
    3 oz Southwestern chicken breast strips - 2
    1 oz Feta cheese - 2
    Lettuce, celery, cucumber, radishes - 0
    Ken's lite northern Italian dressing - 3

    Dinner- tacos (3)
    Taco shells, refried beans, LF cheddar cheese, taco seasoned meat - 11 pts

    Total for day- 26 right on target.

    So if I have a snack later, I'll have to use Flex points.
