So, I planned well, but ended up cheating on my visit to Dollywood with my friend. And, I no know that hard place it lands in your stomach when you cheat. I'm not going to mention the forbidden foods , but let me tell you. It was NOT worth it. I will try to remember this feeling in the future. I am back on phase 1 for another week just to do any unseen damage.

Other than that... wow! I had a great visit.
