Alright I am just thinking out loud here. I have eaten my lunch and had some jello.
Okay, I can make it through this! I have had my mid afternoon snack and I need another class of water.
I can do this!





Avoiding giving in to cravings can be tricky at first, but after you've done it successfully a few times, you'll be surprised at how much less often you get them. Your body will get used to the newer, healthier way of eating. It's kind of like quitting smoking. The cravings eventually go away

but for some reason my husband won't sleep in the same room with me when I'm drinking it. He says I smell like vinegar.
