  • I don't know, it looks like an overpriced protein powder. You pay $100 for a two week supply, which is 3 cans of the powder. However, the same product is cheaper if you google it and find it on various supplement retailer websites. I don't like the fact that they encourage laxatives to "detox" the system since that is usually a sign of a bad sales pitch. The body naturally cleanses itself, is not toxic, and you should only take a laxative if you are constipated.

If you are interested in a liquid meal replacement, I'd suggest Slim Fast Optima, which is a reduced sugar version of Slim Fast. It's MUCH cheaper, and the weight loss results should be the same.

    Good luck

  • I just checked the link and you know, they couldn't even take the time to spell check - they misspelled "Diet" and one of their webpages is 'currenty' under construction.

Gotta love the name of one of their other products: "Anti-Wrinkly Oil"

I didn't see any ingredients listed, but if it's soy protein, skim milk powder and 'honey powder' (i.e. sugar) then like Suzanne said, it's no different than a ton of other products out on the market. (I skimmed through the studies and most of them are just general studies showing - surprise! - that people who reduced their caloric intake and increased their activity lost weight. (now who would've thought of that?!?)

and a 17.6 oz can of protein powder for $35 - you could go to Trader Joe's and get pretty much the same thing for around $10.00 if memory serves. Eeeccch.
