Hello...
I'm not sure how long I have been away from the site...but I used to post on this forum. I'm glad to see how many friendly faces are still around! I hope that you don't mind if I jump back in?
I'm just starting back...with a 20# gain over the last year....oops. I have kept up my exercise, but let my eating sliiiiiiiiddddeeeee.......Like many of the posts I have been reading, I'm frustrated with the time I have wasted, and allowing myself to put some of the hard fought weight back on!
However, I have decided that I have to forgive myself, move on and focus on the positive...so here's the good stuff from last year:
1) I kept up my running and finished my first 10K race
2) I got married! Fun!
3) I got myself back to focusing on my health before I put more than 20#s back on!
So here I am again....

Congrats on the wedding (pictures, please) and for completing your 10k run. I'm proud of you! Don't fret, I gained some weight back too (particularly during a month-long visit to Russia where I managed to get into all sorts of trouble...as usual), but I figure we know what we have to do, so we'll just have to put our minds to it! Deal?
