Daily Goals: Aug. 15-21

  • My goals for the week of Aug. 15-21:

    (1). Drink at least 128 oz. water.
    (2). Exercise at least 60 min./day.
    (3). Eat under 30 grams carbs/day.
  • Monday's report:

    Accomplished all goals!
    (1). Drank 160 oz. water.
    (2). 30 min. treadmill, 15 min. arc trainer, 20 min. weights.
    (3). Under 30 grams.
  • Wednesday's Report:

    Accomplished all goals!

    (1). Drank 128 oz. water.
    (2). 45 min. elliptical, 20 min. arc trainer, 20 min. of weights.
    (3). In at 30 carbs exactly... close!
  • Thursday:

    Met all goals.

    (1). Drank 128 oz. water.
    (2). 20 min. elliptical, 20 min. arc trainer, 20 min. of weights and 60 min. of softball.
    (3). Under 30 carbs.
  • Friday: Goals met!

    (1). Drank at least 128 oz. water.
    (2). 60 min. of softball.
    (3). 29 carbs
