Well, that wouldn't be bad come to think of it............they are pretty yummy. OH, ya where was I?????Anyway, I posted something like this on the board over a year ago and thought I would again. It helps me be motivated and recommitted. In Dr. Phil's weight loss book he talks about doing this. Anyway, figure up how much total weight you would like to loss. Then figure up 1-2 pounds a week, which is pretty safe and healthy weight loss. Get a calendar and figure out when that is. I have a little pocket calendar and each Saturday or Sunday whichever day is my official weigh in day I've written a weight at where you should be. When I do weigh on that day, I write down what my actual weight is. It's good for me to see numbers, maybe it will be helpful for some of you as well. It lets me know how close to being on track I should be.
Well, after being away from the scales this past week and eating like I shouldn't I'm recommitting myself to healthy eating and putting my goal date on my signature.
Try it, it may encourage you, just 1-2 pounds a week.

Goal date...

I know you were wanting Mel or Harrison
