Monday, Starting this week off on a better foot (no pun intended) - Did 20 minutes on
treadmill. The plan is to get some weights in tonight or a good walk.
Did my usual 2 mile walk in 35 minutes (a bit faster than my usual 3 mph.) My plan is to get over 10000 steps every day this week, which would be about 4 miles. I really try to get about 14000 which is close to 5 miles. Right now I have 5982 steps. I will also do some weight training 2 X this week.
Monday- Walk and Kick video(30 minutes)followed by 30 minutes of front/back lunges, medium/wide-stance squats, squats with side leg lifts, a set of push-ups, abs, and weights(using 8#'s). Total, 1 hour workout
Tuesday- around 45 minutes of cardio at the church with some leg lifts
Thursday- church workout, did around 40 minutes cardio which included some strength training like squats and lunges. Did arm weights and a few leg lifts and abs. Cut the workout short by 15 minutes, but still good.
Friday- did Walk and Jog(equals 2 1/2 miles in 30 minutes).
