Today I got "Abs of Steel", "Buns of Steel" and Kathy Smith's "AeroBox" for $1.25 each. What do you all think of these?

Tamilee Webb does the Steel series and she's a good instructor. I also think Kathy's a good instructor; I know on this tape she brings in a box-aerobics expert to help.

I love AeroBox. It's one of the best boxing/kicboxing workouts out there. While it isn't geared toward a beginner, it's a workout you can grow into. And Kathy Smith is an exceptional instructor.
