I was very athletic in HS until taking a job that required 8hrs of sitting, carrying twins and having many surgeries for health problems after their birth. I have never been thin in my life and honestly, don't have that goal in mind. I am looking to feel healthier, have less back pain and to stay in my kids lives for a very long time.
I am working on changing my eating habits and adding exercise back into my life. I recently lost 30lbs, had a stressful move, stress with my hubby, became ill and have gained it all back. So...for now, I am working on getting back on track and need some support. I came across this site and everyone seems so helpful and nice. I am hoping to find some buddies for support and for me to be accountable to.
