Woo-hoo! Good morning, Beachies!
I'm finally back! Went to the gym this morning and am sitting here eating breakfast and excited to be able to post in the daily again!
Ruthie, I have missed you!

I'll take care of umbrellas. Whenever I shake out towels, everyone (including me) gets covered in sand!

Enjoy the coffee and cuddle...it sounds divine! Hey, I think your cousin might have to beat me to your house in order to enjoy that bed...it sounds phenomenal!

I know what you mean about driving. I
find that it's a lot easier when you stop and get some SF ice cream with nuts. Did I say that out loud?
Kiko, look at that weight fall off you, girl!

Good for you! And congrats on baby DD sleeping through the night...what an indulgence 7 hours must feel like to you!

I'm having cottage cheese too--great minds think alike, eh?
LC, I envy your rain! We definitely need it here...all the lawns are brown. I love hearing about your dance classes...they sound like so much fun!
Hey,
Schatzi...sounds like a good excuse to go get a skinny latte with SF syrup to me!

Hope the day gets much brighter!
Mamacita, I thought of you when I had blood drawn the other day. Usually I have to wait a while before I can get in the lab. They have at least four chairs and usually 6-8 people in the lab. This time, only one chair was occupied and everyone was standing around. Odd! I hope you get some breathers like that today! They had a young girl draw my blood--seemed like she hadn't done it much before and was nervous, but she did a great job.
BB, congrats on breaking your stall; have a great time at the mall! (yeah, that rhymes!

)
Me:
Wow...it's been a crazy couple o' months! The short version is:
- I now have my Masters! It's a Masters of Science in Education: Literacy.
- I am now eligible to apply for my Literacy Teaching Certificate, which would enable me to act as a reading teacher for children from birth through 12th grade.
- I'm now home and unemployed (happily!). We hope to start working on starting a family as soon as my weight is a little lower, we get my meds worked out and I finish a three week trip back home in the fall.

- I'm hovering on the fence into ONEderland...I've officially made it there, twice, but each time I pop back into the 200s. We're talking 7 pound jumps from day to day...it's freaky!
I'm just taking it one day at a time and looking with hope to the future!
- I'm finally exercising regularly again! I found that afternoon gym visits are just not for me. I have to go in the morning! I've joined a local gym now that I can't use the college's anymore, and am very excited to try several of their classes.
So that's me in a nutshell right now. I've missed you all terribly and am so glad to be back!

Have a great day!
