Lunch yesterday was not so good. Mexican here does not have the healthy choices that we can get in Texas. So I did my best and didn't worry about it. In any case, Brian and I made it through the entire Fit Deck yesterday morning which took an hour so at least we got some good exercise.Last night I cooked Peking Chicken Pasta for the family. It is Brian's favorite meal since he can use chopsticks. It does have a little sugar in the Hoison and honey but I use lots of vegetables. My sis had never cooked with fresh ginger or asparagus before and hadn't thought about adding spinach like I did. The WW spaghetti we had with it was really good. Today she has final exams so Brian and I will check out a state park if the weather is good and head to the Children's Museum if it isn't. So far it is beautiful out there. Much nicer than Texas is in the morning.

No hike yesterday, either. Rain, rain, go away!
I'll go card shopping later for her and a brand new baby boy who arrived August 2nd.
.
I better work my butt off today to make up for it.
