Sunday menus/points 8/7

  • OK,sistas, where are your Saturday food logs? I know this helps me a lot to post it, so I'll keep doing it. Here's mine for today:

    So far:
    Breakfast:
    one low fat/ hi fiber english muffin=
    one wedge light laughing cow cheese- 1.4
    one egg= 2
    one can diet orange soda= 0


    And the rest of the day's plan:

    Lunch= frozen WW dinner

    Supper= buffalo chicken tenders (new low fat recipe I just have to try)
    un-fried french fries (WW recipe)
    tossed salad
