Thursday Goals for 8/7 - 8/13

  • Hi!
    I'm still contemplating my goal for Sunday (tomorrow). I'm so tired from painting that I'm not going to exercise....that will come on Monday.

    Please post here. It can be one goal for the whole week - or, you can post every day.
  • Here are my goals for the week:

    1. Make smart food choices
    2. Exercise 3 times at least this week
    3. Not eat when I'm not hungry
  • My goals for this week--

    1. Only eat 15 of my extra points for the week.
    2. Add Tae-Bo to my exercise regimine.
    3. Stay positive and feel my new strength not look in the mirror for answers about my
    self-esteem.
  • Goal for Thursday and Friday---
    Drink more water
    Eat more veggies.

  • It's Friday and I'm drinking oodles of water.

  • Our little Goals thread has been left behind.

    I'm staring a new one right now.
