I REALLY need a buddy to encourage me

  • Ok I am a nanny in Columbus, Ohio (hence the name).
I have two wonderful charges and I love my job.

I have always been overweight. My highest was 180 in high school. I lost some after high school because of being busy. I was about 150 for a few year. I than meet a man and than said man broke up with me after 1 1/2 years. I pretty much stopped eating and exercised a lot. I was down to 130 and than we got back together. I have since gained it all back and than some. I tried for a long time to do it myself but I know I was getting nowhere fast so I joined Weight Watchers. I have since lost 25 pounds. I am happy with that but I have been having a lot of changes in my life so I am having a hard time keep up.
My best friend and I are no longer friends and she was one of my only girl friends. My mom has moved to town. And so is a very bad influence on the food choices.
I just need someone to IM or email everyday to check up with and make me more accountable.
    Please help.
I had a buddy that lasted one email and I would love to get another.
I don't care about age, career, how much to lose or anything. I am just looking for someone who is willing to talk each day.
Thanks for reading this. I look forward to getting to know someone.

  • Hi CE

I'm 47 and have a supportive husband, 2 daughters, 3 dogs and 1 bird. As you can see I love animals and always look on the bright side of life. That's a great place to be. Where are you on your journey? What kind of interests and hobbies do you have?' I started WW again 8/1/05 on my own. I lost on WW 13 yrs. ago and I have tried every diet imaginable and would like to hear how you're doing. aerodawn
