I have finally found a cracker that I won't eat the entire box in a couple days.
Kavli cripsbread Golden rye, it has 7 g of fiber per 2 slices,
Ingredients: whole rye flour, rye bran, rye flakes, water and salt.
Taste like it's healthy i.e. sort of like a piece of high fiber cardboard by its self, but when you use it as a base for other things, like hummus, ff refried beans or laughing cow cheese wedge it's pretty good, the cardboard flavor goes away and you get the crunchy texture to go with the creamy.

You know it's good for you and high in fiber when it tastes like cardboard!

But the south beach ones that have come out aren't so bad with some hummus or laughing cow cheese.
