Flexers food log - August 1 to 7

    Monday, August 1

    Breakfast:
    1 cup branflakes
    1/2 banana, sliced
    1/2 cup 2% milk
    1 coffee

    Snack:
    14 cashews

    Lunch:
    pital bread
    hummous
    tabouleh
    1 peach

    Snack:
    low fat yogurt

    Dinner:
    4oz bbq steak
    1/2 cup brown rice
    1 cup grean beans

    Snack:
    1 cup watermelon cubes
  • Breakfast:
    4 pieces vegetable sushi
    1 cup iced green tea

    Lunch:
    1 tiny can of pineapple juice
    grilled shrimp salad from my favorite taco place -- I left off the dressing and the sour cream and it was actually very low in points but high in deliciousness

    Snack:
    All-bran cinnamon bar -- my new favorite snack

    Snack before walk to grocery store:
    1 slice wasa fibre rye crisp bread -- at 0 points for 1 piece that has tons of fibre, I can ignore the cardboard texture...

    Dinner:
    1 cup white pasta
    1 cup jarred spaghetti sauce with extra veggies and garlic
    1/2 chicken breast
    2 slices Italian bread with margarine
    1 glass red wine
    4 candied almonds for dessert

    Natcat- that shrimp salad sounds good

    Breakfast:
    1 cup branflakes
    1/2 banana, sliced
    1/2 cup 2% milk

    Snack:
    lf/sf yogurt

    Lunch:
    low fat turkey in a Wholewheat pita with lettuce and hot mustard
    1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
    1 cup grapes

    Snack:
    1 peach

    Dinner:
    DH made wholewheat pasta with homemade meat sauce
    side salad

    Snack:
    1 cup watermelon cubes

    large grilled chicken salad

    Snack:
    1 peach

    Dinner:
    wholewheat pasta with homemade meat sauce
    side salad

    Lunch:
    large salad with low fat turkey and low fat cheese
    1 peach
    14 cashews

    Snack:
    mandarin orange

    Dinner:
    Bubble tea

    I just wasn't in the mood for food this evening, bad I know but
