Aaahhhh!! Measurements!

  • Ok Chicks,
    I need some help on this. I don't know what to do.
    I would like to know whwere do I measure on these areas: Arms, stomach, and thigh areas?
    I went to one site they said:
    Arm: to measure above the arm (close to the shoulder area).
    Stomach: 2 spots, between the ribs and the belly button and also under the belly button.
    Thigh: 2 spots, near the crotch area and also another measurement near the knee.

    Another site I went to said:
    Arm: Between the shoulder and the elbow
    Stomach: At belly button area
    Thigh: between crotch and knee

    I have no idea what to go by. Please help
  • i don't think it really matters what you choose, just so long as you keep measuring in the same places each time you measure.

    bust
    natural waist
    belly -
    behind
    upper thigh
    upper arm
    calf
    I wish I would have started when I started dieting..
    I just started with measurements June 6th and I've lost 22 inches
    15 inches just in the month of July..
    now the important thing for me was I only lost 8 lbs in July but I started working out!
    This was pretty exciting to lose 15 inches in a month for me!
    Now I will continue once a month and when I'm feeling frustrated with the scales hopefully the tape measure will continue to be my friend!
