  • Thanks, I thought i was doing well till i weighed! Totally made me depressed, i hoped i have recovered and can get back on track!

    You look like your doing great and what your doing seems to be working for you! I do think looking at what others are eating should help, at least get ideas on whos doing well and why.

    BF: 2 eggs and bacon fried in butter
    Lunch: Atkins shake celery w cream cheese
    Dinner: Steak, 16 brussell sprouts (24 carbs!!!! big mistake! didn't remember they were so high in carbs) I have been eating them for days
    Snacks: low carb bar, low carb ice cream (yum!)
