OK, so I know that most of us are doing Joy's 12-week Habit Forming Challenge too, but I need to have a shorter-term focus. So here's an approximately 5-week challenge. Pick the one thing you need to work on most--exercise, food, or water--and use this month to get in the habit of doing it right!
My challenge this month is exercise. I'm going to exercise at least 20 days in the month of August, starting today. And for meeting my goal I get a new book that I've been wanting for months, Stephen King's "The Dark Tower." If I do not meet this goal, I do not get the book.
I don't have trouble drinking my water (at least not during the week), and eating goes OK when I put effort into it, but exercise has been seriously lacking for way too long. So 20 days, at least 30 minutes a day, no excuses. I'll add it to my signature so you can all see where I'm at. Of course.
So that's my plan. What's yours?

I'll keep up on this one too (hopefully) I'm sure it will work hand in hand with the 12 week challenge.
is my biggest excuse so "NO MORE EXCUSES".
But at least he wants to make an effort to lose weight and be healthier overall, and that will help me too.
Like my signature says I'm 3/3 for exercise and 3/3 for getting to bed early.
