  • Monday.... 18 minutes on the treadmill. :treadmill: Will try to get some wts in tonight but not sure since the girls play VB at 7:00 and I have to get dinner ready first. Maybe afterwards if we don't hang around.
  • Tuesday: 20 minute walk It was slow, as my back was killing me, but I went....
  • Monday- Nothing
    Tuesday- AM, did 3 mile WATP video, PM- did 30 minutes step followed by 15 minutes light aerobics, lifted weights for 10 or so, abs(skipped leg toning because of step)
  • Wednesday- Ramp it up video, but I skipped the yoga stretching at the end. I HATE yoga. (40 minutes total- around 20 minutes cardio with lunges, squats, etc..followed by weights, and then leg toning, and abs) The kids have a rental(Netflix)exercise video that needs to go back in the mail today, so I might do it with them this evening, it's nothing strenous, but better than sitting around.
  • Thursday- AM- did 2 mile WATP video(30 minutes). PM- will be at church, around 45 minutes cardio followed by body sculping/toning
  • Wednesday, ran on slope of pool for 15 minutes.
  • Friday: Ran on slope of pool for 15 minutes

    Sunday: Walked at the park along the Chattahoochee river for 30 minutes, then came home and ran on the slope of the pool for 15 minutes.
