STS - How long can I keep reporting this before you throw me out of LL?

Well if they throw you out, I will be come along behind you cause I am STILL playing with these same 2 vaction lbs! This is getting so frustrating!

Hey guys, remember that STS is better than gaining! You will get there!!! Think of one thing that you can do differently this week... drink more water, journal EVERYTHING, do you 8mm religiously, or take a 15 minute walk after dinner each night.... something like that!

We did not put on the weight in a week, or even a month, we have to be patient, but diligent!

Well Im okay, I new I had gained. Which is finr with me. I had a lot of stress last week and I know its getting in the way of my weight loss. The job actually stressed me out a little and sitting at home with my old job taking phone calls is definatly BAD for the scale. But the good news is this....

I've been complaining ALOT abvout my car latley, dont get me wrong, its been a good car for the time we've had it but one major problem is Im short and I have to move the seat up close to the stearing wheel to reach the pedals. I have tried to "sluff" it and scoot my seat back - but then I cant accelerate very well and my toe kept slipping off. Well the reason why we got it was because my DH liked it for me. Well its also a 2 door and its getting harder and harder to buckle that baby in. Another reason its also in my MILs name and it doesnt build up our credit that way. So, we already got approved and asked my MIL if she'd care if we rolled it over into our new car, she said no. So we will most likely do the purchasing on Monday! YEAH!!!!!

Oh I gained 2 pounds! YUCK!!! TOO much stress!

well i STN, but i'm not supprised, I had potlock last week, and yesterday another bday party. Oh well. I hope I can do better next week.

Well, my scale says up 4!!! I can hardly believe it. I did expect to be up a pound or two or even STS considering the week I had - only one day of perfectly being OP. But no way did I totally abolish the diet to deserve 4 pounds! So I began buckling down today and will keep weighing myself daily and see if it was just a fluke. I did eat out at restaurants for the past 3 mights (but stayed OP), but you know how those Chef's add more salt to the food than we do at home. Any way it is time to get serious. July was a wash for me. I want August to be a good month.

I'm down 2.5 but that is 2.5 of the 4.5 I gained last week..so 2 more to go to break even...better than being up another 4.5 though!!

GRRRRRR!!!! Why did I weigh in??? I KNEW I'd be up..and I was right!! Had lost a total of 14 lbs. now a total of 11 lbs. soo you do the math!!! Tom is awaiting his arrival and I have not been OP with food ..still doing very well on my exercising...if only I could tape my mouth shut??.... ...well I wont bore you with more...I'm gonnas...but I am gonna try harder this week...Ok so I lied LOL!! Looks like Im not in the boat alone at least?? OK girls...we will have to kick some butt this week!! Summer is almost over!!! Hang in there!!!

Summer seems to be a tough time for many of us... I know it is tough with vacations and such. But we cannot beat ourselves up over this! Stay strong, everyone. Hang in there, keep working towards our goals...
