Well its another wet rainy day here in NC and I guess this is a good day to sit around and do much of nothing! My 2yr old is sick and has been all weekend. If shes not any better in the morning, we will be taking a trip to the doctor. It started out as a runny nose and now its in her chest and she is coughing really bad but she still has her perky little attitude! Which makes it alot easier on the both of us.

How did WI go gor everyone? Not very good here. I just dont' understnad why these 2 vacaton pounds come and go this way. Its VERY frusrtating!

I did good all week, until yesterday and then blew it totally yesterday. UGH!

Ok my coffee is calling me so I am off!

We are grounded today as dh has a Colonoscopy Monday a.m. So he has to drink that nasty stuff and you know the rest of the story!!!

I am going to try to start working again on my needlepoint babyquilt, the baby is almost 2 mths. old......so I'd better get moving!!!

I STS which I guess is OK since I had hardly any activity last week. At least I didn't gain....which normally I would have done being stuck at home.

This is a new week and I am still committed.........We can do this ladies, don't give up.......

Hello ladies, happy Sunday!
I am shocked to see that I have a half pound loss this week, and my TOM started last night, plus my crazy eating in Utah! I guess it has to be the fact that I walked all over the place while at Convention, and the only time I was really bad was at dinner, and eating the ice cream each day at lunch. Wahoo! I'm thrilled! I totally thought that I would be up about five pounds, and have all that to lose before I'd be back where I started!
