Now I weigh more than I ever have and I'm miserable. I know a lot of people who have done well on WW, via the point system. I don't know anyone who's done Core. Could someone break down the basics of it? I assume you have choices to pick from... but I worry I lack the discipline to do Core.
I know how I need to eat. I don't eat junk food much and i function better on a higher protein/lower carb diet. I don't eat fast food ever.
BUT... if I do WW online, I assume I will not have the Points Slide Rule thing that they give you when you join at a meeting. I need that slide rule!

I did Flex my first week and lost 4.5 pounds. WI was Wednesday. I started Core Wed and got on scales this morning and had dropped 3 more pounds.
