    continue with my weight training program as it is now

    and the biggie for me, I must start to do some cardio so:

    walk a total of 31 miles on the treadmill

    I know 31 miles is only 1 mile a day, but its 1 mile a day more than I do now!

  • I don't really know what to put as a goal this month. Between all of the smoke in the valley and not being able to walk outside and my injured shoulder so no upper body weight training I don't know what I will be able to accomplish this month. I guess I will say 1000 min of some kind of activity.

  • Well I'm not aiming for queen, I can tell you that Since I'm JUST starting to exercise, I'll be conservative. I'm going to try to exercise 5x a week: 3 days cardio(30-40min), 2 days strength/toning(20-30min).

    Wow, you ladies are impressive. 1200 minutes? 1400 minutes?? I'm going to be conservative and aim for 3 days of 1 hour and 2 days of 40 minutes, or 3 days of Cardio Sculpt and 2 days of Ab Sculpt for those of you that speak The Firm. So that comes to roughly 1000 minutes.
