    For the rest of the day I will consume:
    1 large cucumber
    Turkey breast
    3 mozz cheese string
    1 cup Squash
    2 eggs

  • Food diary July 28th
    I'm back. I had to take a break last week, but I didn't gain any weight while I was gone.. but have to start induction all over again.

    Breakfast: 2 eggs (.8) 2 strips bacon fried in butter
    Lunch: Tuna salad
    Snack: 2 small stalks of celery with hard creme cheese 1.7
    1 low carb bar (3 carbs)
    1 pc cheddae jack
    Dinner: Spinach salad with Ranch dressing (8 carbs)
    Chicken with a tablespoon of mushroom sauce (1)
    brussell spouts (3.5)
    seltzer
    lots of water

    snack: carb ice cream 5 carbs.. maybe, maybe maybe
    celery cream cheese 1.7

    I walked a brisk half mile on the treadmill

    1 oz mozz cheese
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 hardboil egg chopped in

    L- 1 cup spinach
    I packet of sweet & spicy tuna (oh no can i have this on induction?)
    1 oz cheese
    mayo (can I have this too on induction??)

    Snack:

    Chicken wings -- 1
    Celery -- 1
    Blue cheese dressing -- 3

    TOTAL: 20 carbs
  • Ravenhill: Yes, mayo is allowed on induction. And, plain tuna is allowed. I'm not sure what goes into the sweet and spicy tuna, but you'll want to be careful about any added sugars.

    4 am snack (yikes I was starving) car bar 3

    BR scrambled eggs 3 strips bacon
    Lunch: Spinach leaves with ranch dressing
    Dinner: ???? Hmm I wonder what it will be?
