I have been the same for about 18 weeks. I play with the same 1 or 2 lbs. Let me also add I DO stay on points, I DO drink my water and I rollerblade 5 miles, 3 -4 times a week!
Last week my Leader said, this is where you just might stay!
Ugh!!!
I am at the weight I have mostly been all my life, from high school til now. Just couldn't get baby weight off, she is 2 years old next week.
This week we had the leader that is at our location in the evening. She asked how long I had been on and how much I had lost. She said "you have to be close to goal, you look great" (she hasn't seen this butt in a bathing suit)! I said I have 15 more pounds according to WW. She said you need to get you Doctor to write you a note. She said she couldn't see me with 15 more off.
I can't either really, since I haven't been that low since probably grade school. I am just a big boned 5'4" person, who has skiied and done gymnastics since I was three, hence the big butt and legs!
O.K. now what do they mean by a Doctor's note. Does he have the authority to say what a good weight for me is?
He was shocked at how much I had lost since my last visit and said I didn't need to lose any more (he hasn't seen me in a bathing suit either!!!)
Help, I need advice !!!
Has anyone else done this and what weight do you choose???
Thanks,
Bunny
