I've started SB today or what I've been able to learn about SB. I just want to know if this is the right portions and stuff to be eating. If you could give my food list a little peek and let me know, I'd really appreciate it.
2 Haddock fillets
4 cups Broccoli
4 cups lettuce
30 grams light feta
1tbps Canola oil
2 garlic cloves
3 tbps Vinegar
That's all I've eaten so far. Might have more fish or broccoli later.
I was told to eat whatever lean protien and phase 1 vegs as much as I want.
