Just starting~Need help plz

  • I've started SB today or what I've been able to learn about SB. I just want to know if this is the right portions and stuff to be eating. If you could give my food list a little peek and let me know, I'd really appreciate it.

    2 Haddock fillets
    4 cups Broccoli
    4 cups lettuce
    30 grams light feta
    1tbps Canola oil
    2 garlic cloves
    3 tbps Vinegar
    That's all I've eaten so far. Might have more fish or broccoli later.
    I was told to eat whatever lean protien and phase 1 vegs as much as I want.
    Thanks for any advice.

    Southbeach WOE calls for 3 meals , 2 snacks and a "dessert" at night...
    It looks like you are starting out well with very healthy foods! Good 4 U.. I hope that you listed just dinner?
    Yes, you can have as much ph1 veggies you want...Remember to drink lots of water 8-8 0z glasses...And unless otherwise noted in the Phase 1 food list, you can eat as much lean protein as you need to feel satisfied...

  • I think she pretty much covered it all! Check out the stickys, there are some great ones. I read this thread all one night and decided to try it the next morning. I just got all my SBD books the other day. This board and the girls really helped me get thru my first 2 weeks without the books and I did well! After getting the books everything came together a little more and now I feel quite prepared! Good luck!
