  • Ran on the slope in the pool for about 20 minutes (while Laura talked at me!)
  • Got in a 20 minute walk. I might have been 30 if the stupid cat had not tried to follow me, and I had to bring her back and put her inside!
  • I know there are more people exercising than just us!

    Monday- nothing
    Tuesday- Church(45minutes cardio followed by legs, arms, abs)
    Wednesday- 45 cardio, leg toning and abs
    Thursday- Am- walk and kick video(around 30 min) then had workout at church about 45 min cardio followed by just a few leg exercises and some situps
