Measurements

  • I would like to take my measurements! I know I've already lost 9 pounds, and probably some inches to boot! But I'd like to track them!

    What body parts do you measure? (Waist, hips, chest etc)?? And when do you do so? (i.e. no bra? bra?)
  • When I was measured for "inches lost" it was once a month, and it was:
    Natural waist
    thighs
    upper arm
    calf
    bust (with bra, the same one if possible, sports type worked well)
    neck
    hips
