So how many of you are taking the preferred fat flax oil? How many of you are doing the flax caps? Why did you chose the one you did? Have you tried the other? Do you think it gives you the benefits JC claims it does? If you use the oil , how do you prepare it?
I love flax oil. My tummy / waist has gone down significantly. Without flax I do not feel I would have lost so many inches. I take the oil and the caplets depending on the meal. I like oil because it absorbs much quicker but the caplets are so convenient. If I no longer diet one day, I will always have falx caplets onhand. And that JC has changed in my life forever. Plus my moms docter has her take them every day for her heart. I just told her yesterday that if she takes them she has to cut fat from that meal because those count as her fat. She was shocked. Hopefully now she'll see a weight lose by doing that simple change.

She doesn't come back from the cabin till tonight! hopefully we can do it tonight. She had to wait for the honey dipper last night. A Honey Dipper is a big machine that comes and SUCKS all the poop and other stuff out of the septic tanks. So its probably not the best smelling job out there.
And if she comes back real late then we will set it up tomorrow. I know she is ready to change and do this diet. She told me so.
MY DH takes flax meal..that is what I am going to use. It is supposed to absorb better than the oil/pills. I will let you know, I havnt started it yet, but he takes it daily. Just 2-4 Tbls mixed in any juice or pancake mix...or you can sprinkle it on cereal.
Yes it is better. The oil and capsules are much better because it would take ALOT of seeds to equal up the nutrional and benefit value of the caps and oil. Now remember the flax oil/caps is suppose to be taken in place of fat in a meal, such as salad dressing, butter, oil etc..........NOT in addditon to.
I just purchased the gel caps-so like for my lunch-I plan on having a Lean Cuisine Lasagna and carrots-would you still have the flax? See I use quick meals whenever I can, so I never know if I can take them or not.
Jorge reccomends to take 3 (1000 mg) capsules with each meal if you DON'T add any additional fat. Now most foods have some sort of fat in it but unless you add more fat to your meal such as butter, peanut butter, salad dressing (full fat flavors), etc....you know that *extra fat* stuff listed in the book under fats, then you are to take 4 (1000 mg) capsules OR 1 tsp of oil with every meal. If you have 2000 mg capsules then you would only take 2 capsules with each meal.
