I bought the I Want That Body DVD and have tried a few of the routines. (That buns work is HARD! I sure prayed I wouldn't have to look at stairs the next day!) Actually, the abs were a real workout for me. But I'm a beginner and I'm trying not to beat myself up about sticking to "Program 1".
Anyway, my back has been aching a little since starting this routine and I was wondering if anyone can recommend a video that has some solid work for back strength? Chest would be great also.
