Hi my name is De-De and I use to weigh 323 and that was in June and to the date of July 21, 2005 I weigh 294. My goal weight is 199 or 200 pds. I am a 24 yr old mother of one and I gained all my weight when I decided to get on the Depo shot and that is when I blew up. I am trying really hard. I have 128 pounds to lose here and would be happy to buddie up with you. I have 3 kids I am raising, two of them grandchildren ages almost 2 and almost 3. You would think with all the running and cleaning I do all day, I would be a toothpick LOL. I am a stress eater mainly and I just can't seem to get rid of my stressers. so far I have lost 10lbs. when i first started I had 138 to lose. I have been doing mini goals so I don't look at the big picture and get overwhelmed by the whole thing. ten pounds is manageable and within a shorter period of time, you can feel a success. I reward myself with a movie whilel the girls take their nap instead of doing housework chores that I can only do while they are sleeping. Seems to be a great motivator for me LOL-who wouldn't want some time off from housework?
