    2-1 cat, 2 dogs, and there is a mouse and a fish but those are the kids(not my idea)
    3-zone, low carb, low fat, you name it. i try to stay away from processed foods
    4-1 brother
    5-i would want to see europe but can't limit it to 1 country. england, france, spain ireland, and scotland by train would be amazing

    i'm a whopping scary 40.

    i have been married for 10 years

    i have 2 boys, jaret who's 7 and aidan who's 5. we are considering adopting a girl.

    i am a teacher. i have taught 3rd and 4th grade and special ed, most recently i taught a severe autism class of 1st to 4th graders. i am currently looking for a job but if i don't find one i really like i'll stay home next year.

    well 3 months ago i was 134lbs size 8. then a busy end of the school year and lots of fun stuff socially, i jumped to 144. i am back down to 141 but want to weigh 125, my wedding weight.

    Welcome to the group! I used to live in Southern California so I know it quite well. My parents live in Orange County - Fullerton, and my brother lives in Newport Beach. I know Huntington Beach pretty well.

    So, here are my questions:

    1. Do you currently excercise? If so, what do you do?

    2. What are your main reasons for gaining the weight? Emotional eating....just love food???
