Sounds like you need to sit down and make some tough choices. We are all creatures of habits and looks like you are on the path to making some unhealhty ones that will only continue to sabotage your previous efforts.
Why do you want to lose weight? Are you ready to let go of all the excuses to do so?
Maybe you should consider trying to maintain your loss until you feel more stabilized with the move to keep on with your efforts.
Best I can offer is that weight loss is hard work and you are not able to cut corners or give in to every little external situation. Plan ahead and put yourself first regardless of what is going on in your life. If you don't who will? There will never be the ideal time to lose weight....life happens, so you need to just keep plugging away.
Good luck!
