  • Wow, I'm the first post today.

    Monday.. 20 minutes on treadmill. Will get some wts in later tonight.
  • Monday evening, 32 minutes of wt training added to my 20 minutes of treadmill.

    Tuesday, 17 minutes on treadmill and 5 minutes on butt roller. So far....
  • I got in over 4000 steps by walking the perimeter of Costco today! (I bet the people who worked there were wondering what was up with me! I was there for 1.5 hours, just walking!)
  • Tuesday PM... 2 1/4 mile walk, 30 minutes of wt training.

    Wed...AM... 17 minutes on the TM alternating jogging and walking.
  • Tuesday, PM-- 25 minutes of wt training.

    Wed.. 18 minutes of TM and 5 minutes of butt roller.

    SHould get wt training in tonight.
  • Thursday PM. 25 minutes of wt training.
