  • Good Morning Ladies!
    How was your week?? As you can tell from my previous posts last week was a bad week for the ole diet and I am currently up a pound to 178 ! This is what happens when you let the motivation slip away, Hopefully you are all doing way better than me (but Ill catch up sooner or later)!! Im feeling pretty positive this am and somewhat determined not to let this get to me and to strive for greaterness (is that a word??).So I am going to fill my day with healthy foods some light exercise and not let my emotions or the gimmies get the best of me!!! For me the wants wayyyyyyy out weigh the needs I should learn to control that lol. Well I wanna know how you did and heres to a new week and striving for MORE!!!!
  • My first week went fairly well, even with a wedding on Saturday. I lost 2 pounds. Only 8 more to go!

  • Hi ladies I spent the weekend celebrating my sister's birthday. I have lost 2 pounds so now I weigh 209.5 pounds. We did a lot so now I am back on track. I will go grocery shopping tomorrow and buy healthy foods. I do need to exercise because I did not do anything Sunday, I gave my body a rest. So keep on losing group we can do this.

    Good morning ladies I hopw that everyone is well and staying on program, yesterday was a good day for me and Im hoping today will be the same!!!I have so much work to do to get ready for the party this weekend arrghh you all know how that is Im sure!!!Well good luck today ladies We can do it!!!
  • Great to hear that you are on track again! Yesterday was an OK eating day for me, in spite of the fact that I was very tired. Usually when tired I don't have the willpower to avoid bad food decisions.

    Today: Doing OK but need to work out.

    Just a summary, after One week:
    Tied for first: Yvette, and Skinny Jeans (-2 lbs)
    Second: FatGirlAgain (+1 lbs)
    Third: Where is everyone else?

    Actually this is good I like being tied for first...If other people weighed in I would probably get bumped.
  • Oopsie - forgot to post here

    I am up 4lbs to 180 but I found it is being cause by my fertility meds so I am not giving up! I am more motivated than ever to lose this and was told the effect of the meds will last, at the most, another week.

  • Its okay Ang maybe it will happen this time for you (either weight loss or pregnancy) I personally do not want to diccuss last night lets just say I was tired from work, feeling a little lazy and it involved Pizza Hut . OHhh the guilt , and just when I wanted to type about how good Ive been NOT!Theres always today !!Im lookin to move forward today so nooo bad stuff today prolly took in enough cals for the week tho Oh well Ladies stay on program and do it better than me OK?!!!Hugs to all have a great day!!!
  • OOH Pizza Hut is a particular weakness of mine. I understand. Just stick with the program for the next couple days, add in a little extra walk or two and before you know it you have made up for the oops.

  • Hey Ladies, it's Stacey sorry Monday & Tuesday I work like crazy so I weighed in today down 1 pound that makes me at a 3 pound loss. I am happy but I also think I could have done better cause I did go over my eating goal this week, but I think most of it has to do with this coming weekend at the in-laws house I don't really get along with my DH family they gossip all the time and they always has some type of drama, so wish me luck this weekend. I also didn't workout this week like I should but next week is a different story.

    Pizza Hut - I just have to stay away far away cause I could do some major damage to myself if I try pizza at all, so I understand what your saying.
  • Hello ladies I had some issues with food on yesterday. I over ate and I have to really stay on myself to not allow me to go back to my old habits like I use to. I use to eat for enjoyment mostly and not when I was hungry. I do not want to use food as a form of entertainment but because I am hungry and then to enjoy the food for that time and then get on with my life. So the fight is on I want to get back into the habit that I formed before I went to go and visit my sister. I had just started this new way of eating the week before so it is still new to me. Keep on losing ladies we can do this.

  • Thank you and I hope that you will have a great day today. I lost 1/2 a pound today so I feel good about that. I did not eat to bad yesterday and I exercised today. So I am back on track. Take care ladies and keep on losing.
  • Yesterday was OK. Tried to run 4 miles but only made it 3 because of the heat! Ate OK though. Hopefully I can eat well today. I am supposed to meet people for drinks so that will make it tough.

  • Thanks for crossing your fingers on my OWI day today I am down three ponuds from last week !!Yeehaw! But monday is our Wi day and I dont think It will still be that high because we are having a BDAY party for my DD who will be five on Sunday. Going to try real hard to stay OP but we will see???Have a great weekend ladies and good luck to all of us for Monday!!!
