Another South Beach Dinner

    We went out to lunch today & Donald ordered a meal to take home. As I didn't need to cook for him, I had another South Beach frozen dinner - 320 cals & 30 g's of protein. I cannot get over how full I feel. We'll see if it works again - last time I had one, I didn't eat again after dinner.
