    Me:

    219.5, down 1.5 pounds from last week. Not too much, not too little. I'm happy!

    I really haven't lost much weight but I'm feeling great! I am taking classes at the University I work at to try and finish my degree and right now am in a Summer II Jogging class. I have been jogging now for 3 weeks and am really feeling good. I really have not noticed a change in my body but all of my friends say you can really tell.

    I'm really hoping to keep up the trend after the class ends on July 28th. I have so much more energy and get some many more things done at the end of the day it's amazing.

  • im down 3 lbs. last week 240 lbs this week 237 lbs and lost 1 more inch from my waist.

  • I'm back on a baby yo-yo. Up a pound again. 155.

    I am new here.

    My weight on 7/15/05 was 214.8. Down 22.8 lbs since May 15th.

  • I have gained about 8.8 lbs. I was ashamed to say it. Anyways today I've started all over again. I'm just going to keep on trying until I get it right.
  • Weighed myself Sunday, down 2 pounds to 210!
  • My quote is from the show "Mythbusters", which airs on the Discovery Channel. They were testing the myth of that a duck's quack won't echo (it does). They got a bunch of sophisticated audio equipement, and two ducks. The ducks, however, got stage fright and forgot their lines. At one point, Jaime, one of the two hosts, tried to encourage one of them with the above quote.

    Beloved: I'm glad you are joining us. I really do think it helps to be part of some group or another when you are going through this process. Post when you need support, get meal and exercise ideas, and just hang around with people who are going through the same thing as you, and can relate. I hope to see more of you around!
