I generally post on the LA Weightloss board, but there are no British women there. Is anyone else on LAWL or have you been?

The whole UK LAWL franchise has recently shut down. Just looking for suggestions of alternative products which can be bought in the UK health food stores.

I have lots of success on LAWL (after DD#2, I lost 35 lbs) and would like to continue with the program. I am currently down 25 lbs by following their program. Unfortunately, I live too far from the center to go for product regularly or weigh-in; but would have them post to me.

Is LA WL the one when you have certain foods to eat and go to their own gym for working out?

LA WeightLoss does have a "restricted" food list (e.g. no fried foods; limited starches, no processed starches, no extra sugars) like many diets. Not for everyone, but it works for me. Kept the 35lbs off for 18 mos until I got pregnant with #3.

As far as I know they don't have their own gym (or at least the US centers don't).
