new to the site and looking for a buddy(s) for this dificult journey in my life. mom of one child who is ten and could also stand to lose a few lbs. i myself need to lose 100+ and cant seem to get started. getting desperate and tired of being fat. it makes me mad when people say well just stop eating but dont understand how hard it is to just stop eating. i am only 32 and on BP med and anti depressent (prozac). doc said it would help me in losing weight but i cant see that it makes any difference. want to come off the meds and i think i would be a much happier person if i could lose weight. my weight now is 280 and i would like to lose 100+ but would be happy if i could just start losing weight. i think if i could get started and saw some results it would be much easier to stay motivated. kimberly [COLOR=Black]
