I noticed that on the info that they gave me during the first week, it says "Week 1" on the cover. Should I have gotten anything for week 2?
Also, one of the posters here said that I'll be given information on week 4 regarding exercise points. Will they give it to me, or do I have to ask for it?

You should get weekly items for week 1 - 12 (I belive). You get the activity info on Week 3 and you shouldn't have to ask for it it should be automatica.

Week 2 is the Portion Smart pamphlet gives you tips like 3 oz of meat is about the size of a deck of cards or the palm of the average woman's hand etc.
