in my roaming around i noticed that howie has secretly snuck under 280 without telling anyone! so to show how proud i am of his achievements over the last 2 years i've grown a howie-esk beard.

p.s no jokes about the shirt if there are any kiwi's on the board i paid 50 quid for it so i'm gonna wear it grumpily

Of course he looks handsome with the goatee. He looks more like me. LOL Thanks Si. I went back up two lbs last week but I peaked at the scale today and that is gone.

Well, its goes without saying that I'm a long-standing member of the Howie Appreciation Society, but I seem incapable of growing a goatee ever since stopping my hormone replacement therapy I trust he knows how much I appreciate him for his determination, hard work and support to everyone!

I'm also a member of the HAS, but also will pass on the facial hair. While I like it in my men, I ain't gonna wear it myself!
