New here and to Schwarzbein

  • I have a few friends locally doing the Schwarzbein Principle, they've had great luck, both being PCOS girls like myself. They have sucked me into try things, so far I feel full all the time which is great. Im not overeating and I'm stuffed full of veggies. I worry that this won't be low carb enough for me though. I know when I was on Atkins, unless I kept my carbs super low I didn't lose anything. When my carbs went too high, I'd have bloodsugar issues. I haven't really experienced the bloodsugar issues so far, but I'm also not losing anything.

    I went from 280 down to 190 on Atkins a few years back, but regained back to about 240 after a really stressful year. I want to lose it and be healthy again, so here I am. Looking for others on the Schwarzbein Plan to chat with.
